RTEMS | Wclobbered warnings (#5364)

I was only able to reproduce the main_mknod.c warnings with the m68k BSP and I'm currently at a loss as to how to address them since the variables that might be clobbered would never be encountered again given the different code path after the longjmp. I could not reproduce the error in cpu.h with the arm BSP or the error in init.c with the powerpc BSP.
