RTEMS | Wclobbered warnings (#5364)

The warning flags have to be adjusted to see these. By default, we are disabling all the warnings we have not fixed. I build with [optwarn.diff](/uploads/e20a6250c456e3df0295cd607acdad10/optwarn.diff) applied but do not commit it.

When all occurrences of a specific warning type are fixed, we need to drop off the -Wno-XXX for it.
