RTEMS | cpukit/libdl: Fix sign comparison warning in rtl-archive.c (!878)

My build sweep is getting more -Wsign-compare warnings in libdl.On sparc/leon3, there are 38 of these warnings. The file [sign-compare.txt](/uploads/a16d3b7599f7369b8a379564c004abc1/sign-compare.txt) has the list of warnings I see in libdl.

Please try to eliminate more. Just cleaning up what's present on sparc/leon3 or any other single BSP would be appreciated.
