Project:Branches: Muhammad-Kamran-Khan/rtems-docs:fix-wsl-config-docs to rtems/docs/rtems-docs:main
Author: Muhammad Kamran Khan
**Reason for Change:**
1. **WSL Path Issue:** Users on Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) often face issues where `export PATH=...` overrides the system path, breaking access to Windows tools like `code` (VS Code) and `explorer.exe`. Added a warning and solution for this.
2. **Config.ini Clarity:** The step to create `config.ini` was hidden inside a text block and easy to miss, causing build failures for new users. Added a critical step note to highlight this requirement.
**Updates:**
- Added a warning block for WSL users regarding PATH modification.
- Added a "Critical Step" note before the `waf configure` command.
