Yes the source is up to date.

The issue is in the documentation of the Manual Build Section (2.5.2) for the sparc/erc32 Architecture.

after running the 

```bash
echo "RTEMS_POSIX_API = True" >> config.ini
```

and then ./waf configure...

The issue of undefine reference to timespec_get() is gone.

Also Document dont has the steps to disable the psximfs03 test, (which will produce build error in manual method for sparc/erc32 architecture, first time users like me will fase this issue while using User Guide for building).
