## Summary

Manual BSP Build fails with `undefined reference to 'timespec_get'` error in the psxtimers01 (Note this error is not occuered in the RSB Builder and i can able to see the psxtimers01.exe in the RSB Build). There is some configuration steps missing in the Documentation which causes the issue.

## Expected behaviour

I tried to build the bsp for the erc32 (sparc-erc32). It should build without the error message.
