## Summary

rtems 7 tools: Update to gdb 16.2

Updates all rtems7 targets to gdb 16.2 except for the nios2 which
has been removed after gdb 15.

Note: This includes the patch to get to gdb 16.1 and builds on it. Merge that first.

Closes #88.
