## Summary

bsp-howto/miscellanous_support.rst: Remove BSP Specific Tools

This referenced the mvme162 which is obsolete and removed but
the BSP specific tools were removed when rtems-tools was created.
Only cross compiled code is in the RTEMS repository.

Updates #5031
