My answer was confusing, sorry.

My patch does not add a tty.

When I tested my patch "manually" the problem was gone. When I used this patch in a CI build, the singlehtml pages were gone again - to my surprise.

Investigating the issue let to the fact that in my manual testing the Podman container was connected to a tty while the CI did not use a tty. When adding a tty to the Podman container during the CI build, the patch worked again as it should. Hence, I concluded that beside of my patch, `inliner` somehow needs a tty even when I do not understand fully how the tty can affect `inliner`.
