## Summary

Deployment can be used to provide vertical software testing of tools. This issue tracks the `rtems` configuration set and what we need.

We require configurations that allow testing of a vertical stack. We would like fast and simple configurations for smoke testing and then builds that allow us to run tests.

Note, test assume the tests are installed with the package.
