RTEMS | Obsolete mvme5500 in favor of Beatnik (#4160)

The mvme5500 BSP was created in about 2011 by an EPICS user who is no longer part of our community. I have not heard of anyone still using this BSP, I recommend that it be dropped in favor of the beatnik.
