RTEMS Source Builder | Next (Bleeding Edge) Version Numbers are Annoying (#92)

As per other discussions, we're sticking with the current RTEMS version number for all tools built from main. 7 (or whatever it ends up being), next, and edge all produce tools that conform to arm-rtems7-gcc. If you're using development tools, you need to install them in their own directory.
