This is fixed see: https://gitlab.rtems.org/administration/integration/-/commit/5f10a28b0fe023e04cf8ecd61de3348dfd361a18

Solution is to not check commits where all files are filtered by `rtems-ignore` .. that means there are no files we maintain.
