## Introduction

This is a large project to evaluate and port [FatFS](http://elm-chan.org/fsw/ff/00index_e.html) to RTEMS as a smaller version of the DOS FS file system. The work can also use the [FatFs-enhancements](https://github.com/StepUp-Solutions/FatFs-enhancements) if it provides better performance and more features.
