RTEMS | rtems-bsp has hard-coded version number (#5182)

## Summary

The script _rtems-bsps_ has the rtems_version hard-coded. It would be better if it could obtain this information from a shared location in the rtems.git repository. 

## Steps to reproduce

Look in the file. The _rtems_version_ variable is used in printing the output heading.
