The commit message subject has two issues:

> 
> closes #5146

The first line has sptimespec01 spelled wrong. And it does not follow the area: format on the subject line. The commit should be more like:

> Add test case to sptimespec01 which uses a \> 32-bit time
> 
> closes #5146
