## Summary
Now that rtems 6 is branched, it is time to move to new released versions of the various tools for rtems 7. This issue is to track updating rtems 7 tools to GCC 14.2.

Note that 14 is the last GCC release series to include nios2 support. Once 15 is released, the nios2 will have to be frozen on 14.x. With 14.x, --enable-obsolete is required on the configure command.
