It should lead to the (original) RTEMS License.

The license page itself is buried, with only a link at the bottom of the main page. It should be available in the dropdowns?

The license page at https://www.rtems.org/license/ has broken links. https://www.rtems.org/license/license/ gives 403 forbidden.

The rest of the license links on that page are broken and just land on the main repo pages in gitlab.
