Main Website | Licenses are missing and broken (#4)

I was reading the website source. The markdown had a list of licenses which is correct but the links I tried were broken. The ones I tried were also broken on the web site. As of a few hours ago.

<span dir="">The </span>current markdown appears to have just deleted references to the other licenses which is wrong 

The text for those licenses was in files that was part of the website before. It did not depend on code. Those were also permanent URLs and that is broken also.
