RTEMS | Remove obsolete architectures (!349)

On looking at the individual patches, they do appear to actually be removed. The interface really doesn't like to show that many files at once.

One thing that isn't being removed here that should be is spec/build/cpukit/cpu*.yml for some of these architectures.
