Joel Sherrill created an issue: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-libbsd/-/issues/26

## Summary
The code in freebsd/sys includes support for architectures which are no longer support. Some were removed long ago.

```
$ ls ../rtems-libbsd/freebsd/sys/
arm    cam      h8300    lm32  moxie     netinet6    or1k      sh       v850
arm64  contrib  i386     m32c  net       netipsec    powerpc   sparc    vm
avr    crypto   isa      m32r  net80211  netpfil     riscv     sparc64  x86
bfin   dev      kern     m68k  netgraph  nios2       rpc       sys
bsm    fs       libkern  mips  netinet   opencrypto  security  teken
```

This includes avr, bfin, h8300, lm32, m32c, m32r, sh, and v850 if I caught them all.

This impacts main and any 7-* branch.
