Due to due to a merge request [here](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/339 ) 
rtems_clock_get_tod can now obtain dates later than 2100 Please update the documentation in _TOD_Validate() to reflect that 
There is a note that says This routine only works for leap-years through 2099. 
Line has to be removed.
