## Summary

notes/rtems-notes-7.1.md: New file

This is a cutdown/edit of rtems-notes-6.1.md. The obsoleted BSPs
list was moved to the removed obseleted BSPs list. The BSPs
which have not yet been removed are marked with TBD. The TBD
will be removed as those BSPs are removed. The Blackfin,
Lattice Mico (lm32), SuperH (sh), sparc64, and v850 and all
their BSPs have been removed and this update reflects that.
