RTEMS | spec/build/bsps/arm/lpc24xx/tstlpc23xx.yml: Add tests that are too big (!551)

These tests should probably instead be added to tstsmallmem and these BSPs should use that to select too-large tests for exclusion. The "reason" being NULL isn't great either, but you didn't do that.
