I just pushed the commits for complete GRETH lwIP Driver initialization Code! Looking forward for feedback @ppisa @vijay @opticron @matteo

Also, what I feel is new in the most recent commits among others, is that I implemented custom logic to allocate a memory block which is 4 bytes aligned, in function `almalloc()`...please do verify it as well.
