I just pushed commits for GRETH lwIP Driver Initialization Code! It can be found at my draft MR here : https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-lwip/-/merge_requests/22

Another positive thing is that with this code, `rtems-lwip` package is successfully built!
