## Summary

Networking code needs to be removed from this repo and moved to [Network Services](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-net-services). The code identified so far is:

1. telnet (move)
2. httpd (remove)
3. FTPFS and TFTPFS (move)
4. Debugger TCP transport
