RTEMS | Port FatFS to RTEMS with Benchmarking (#25)

Made the FatFS to mount! The cleaned up code is available [here](https://gitlab.rtems.org/Sepehr/rtems/-/commit/a81b8999718cf58f26bad101d5d3ccea682e3435).
With all the `diskio` implemented, I've created the mount/initialize function, made libio recognize `fatfs` as a valid filesystem.
Then used [this](https://users.rtems.org/t/file-system-development-testing-and-debugging/200) method to test using `fileio` sample (by replacing `dosfs`). After a ton of debugging, the mount is successful.
