RTEMS | stm32u5-grisp-nano: Multiple build errors plus warnings (#5289)

Even with an gcc 15 from `edge/rtems-arm`, I get different errors:

I have to check the linker error and why some of the files are compiled for a different architecture. But the whole HAL has been already compiled at that point. I didn't see any warnings or errors there.
