Section 29.5.4 _A/D Data Registers (AD0DR0 to AD0DR7 - 0x4003 4010 to
0x4003 402C)_ of the [LPC17xx User Manual](https://www.keil.com/dd/docs/datashts/philips/lpc17xx_um.pdf) indicates the the starting bit should be 4. Changing the incorrect macro.
