## Summary

bsps/arm/lpc176x/include/bsp/lpc176x.h: Correct ADC_DR_VALUE() macro

ADC_DR_VALUE() should used starting bit 4 not 6. See the issue
for a link to the LPC17xx manual for reference.

Closes #5293.
