RTEMS | Mghttpd increase snprintf buffer (!569)

There is no issue specifically for doing this. #5290 mentions httpd but not specifically mghttpd. It was only filed last week.

This is not mentioned in the rtems release notes for 6.

Based on the above, it can not be removed until after 7.

It also has more clean up than just deleting it. 

- There is an example of using it in the legacy network demos.

Let's fix this warning and file another issue specifically for removing mghttpd after 7.
