For #5244 it was an application calling rtems_interrupt_handler_iterate that crashed with spurious interrupts, always. As the handler table gets broken.

Should not be tied to compiler version, it is more a matter on the order of linking the .o files from https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blob/main/spec/build/bsps/objirq.yml?ref_type=heads
