In `newlib/libc/include/pthread.h` `__GNU_VISIBLE` was used as the guard for every function in posix issue8 which is enabled by `_GNU_SOURCE`.
Should I make a PR for this too to use `#if __POSIX_VISIBLE >= 202405` in newlib ?
