Repeating something I told you in a private chat. Focus on it working well in one environment, on rtems, on one BSP build, etc. There is enough to do to get a solid "developer local" workflow, identify rules to exclude and document them, and make the output actionable for developers to know what to fix. 

Reproducible by others will hopefully cover at least running in some 
other environments.
