changed it in the 4 pthread functions as follows

1. pthread_cond_clockwait(): \_POSIXTHREADS
2. pthread_mutex_clocklock(): \_POSIXTHREADS
3. pthread_rwlock_clockwrlock(): \_POSIX_READER_WRITER_LOCKS
4. pthread_rwlock_clockrdlock(): \_POSIX_READER_WRITER_LOCKS
