The formatter is only supposed to show changes within deltas that you've modified and ignore the rest.  Meaning if any formatting falls outside of your changes they won't be shown.

Though, the intersection should be the entire file so not sure what would have happened unfortunately that pipeline is gone so I can't see but it does sound like a bug.  If you could open in issue in gitlab.rtems.org/administration/integration/ that would be great, thank you!
