Integration | Formatter diff does not catch all files in all cases (#22)

In an intermediate version (version 2) of the merge request https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/515, the format CI step produced an unexpected result. In the [Pipeline 2881](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/pipelines/2881) the [rtems-515-2881-format.diff](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/jobs/8734/artifacts/file/public/pipeline/2881/format/rtems-515-2881-format.diff) only showed some changes. It haven't been the changes of the last commit. But it haven't been the changes of all commits either.

What I would have expected for this patch set is more what the [rtems-515-2881-format_full.diff](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/jobs/8734/artifacts/file/public/pipeline/2881/format/rtems-515-2881-format_full.diff) provides because the patch set added a lot of files.
