testsuites/benchmarks/dhrystone/*: Eliminate old-style prototypes
testsuites/sptests/sp06/task2.c: Eliminate old-style prototypes

GCC 15 is noisy about these. They have been deprecated since C90
but still lurk. This MR has patches to two unrelated areas.

Closes #5275
