Some of the content may come from rtems-central. Most of it should not be autogenerated. Is there is not a comment in the file or above a section that it is autogenerated, it should be manually written. @gedare anything to add?

FWIW Most of the POSIX Compliance manual is autogenerated from the csv API tracking file. But that's not part of this issue.
