So we have our first MR here it's not possible for it to be merged but this also means there is no rebase button .. do we even want the rebase button? does it matter since it's just a way to track patches so it doesn't matter if it gets outdated since the patches could always be changed upstream https://gitlab.rtems.org/contrib/newlib-cygwin/-/merge_requests/1
