## Summary

rtems/config/tools/gdb: Add TLS support patch

This adds the preliminary patches for GDB 15.2, 16.1, and 16.2 to
support retrieval of TLS addresses from the remote GDB server.

These are all the versions of GDB currently in use by 7 and next tools. These patches will necessarily be carried until we can get them accepted upstream and update our usage to the newer version of GDB released with this support.
