Documentation | README needs updating (#94)

As far as dependencies go just listing what we require or even just maintaining a `requirements.txt` as in !108 If we do this we can just skip listing the dependencies in README and keep it to simple instructions but we shouldn't do both.

If we really want to keep it then we should list dependencies in one spot only.
