I spotted this:
https://docs.rtems.org/docs/main/user/support/contrib.html#before-making-changes-create-a-new-local-branch-of-your-merge-request-make

It should not be a section. In the ReST documentation, it was a list that used `#` for bullets. This turned into section headings with Markdown.
