## Summary

rtems-pkg: Update rtems-lwip configuration

This allows the rtems-lwip config updater to work properly. The
sb-rtems-pkg command does not handle the .bset file syntax correctly and
can only update .cfg files. This also updates the rtems-lwip version and
hash.
