## Summary
The cCurrently published version of the POSIX Compliance Guide has an incorrectly formatted [summary table](https://docs.rtems.org/docs/main/posix-compliance/posixc-03-posix-2017-issue-7-.html) for every generated chapter.

This appears to be a bit or bob missed in _posix_md.py_ when the format was converted to Markdown.
