How does https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/prequal/rtems-central/-/merge_requests/5 relate?

I am not sure which merge and repo you are discussing when you say merged? I am not want to appear difficult. I am genuinely confused. I have not looked into all the detail, just deal with MR as I do the others.
