RTEMS | Cannot obtain dates later than 2100 (!339)

no it's not that i was asking about the fact that when i add a test case >2100 it doesn't work just asking for suggestion on if my gmtime_r the wrong function call. I'm frustrated at how incompetent i'm at this i'm not giving up though
