RTEMS | ignore: Add missing files and new ones (!486)

The only thing that's not ours under include/linux is jffs2.h. The rest are stubs that we own or historically imported eCos code. Everything under cyg is also imported eCos code. I don't know how we want to treat the eCos code since I doubt we'll ever take an update from the upstream source.
