This MR includes leon.h in bsp.h at rtems/bsps/sparc/leon3/include, to provide reference to inline functions such as leon_r32_no_cache(), resolving undefined reference errors and enabling consistent builds of packages like rtems-net-legacy, for sparc/leon3 BSP.
